The Nartan Rang Dance Academy has been a staple in New York for over 30 years. Founded by choreographer Swati Vaishnav, the school has locations at Herricks/New Hyde Park and Hicksville located on Long Island, New York.

The school is comprised of over 100 students (aged 6 - 60) and continues to see exponential growth year after year. Nartan Rang has not only trained its students to become exemplary dancers, it has cultivated friendships, artistic expression, and a deep sense of connection to the Indian culture and heritage.

The school is unique in its Graduation Program where students who have been learning for at least 5 consecutive years and have completed their curriculum in Folk, Semi-Classical, and Bollywood, as well as an apprenticeship in their 5th year, are given the opportunity to a solo, self-choreographed performance, a group graduation performance, and earn a certificate of graduation from the academy.

All of the inimitable qualities of the institution, simply put, add up to one thing: an unforgettable lifetime experience full of memories, friendships, and dance.
